Why Forged?
Forging creates a denser, stronger structure than casting, eliminating porosity and enhancing durability. We use 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring a 3,500 lb load rating and superior impact resistance.

Our advanced lathe profiling removes excess material, optimizing concavity and reducing weight. Over 70% of the original material is removed for maximum responsiveness.

✅ Run-Out Testing – Our standard is 0.007” – 0.010” for vibration-free performance (vs. industry standard 0.030”).
✅ Final Expert Sign-Off – Every wheel is certified for perfection.
